TELECOMMUNICATOR II/ CORRECTIONS OFFICER- WILLIAMSON COUNTY

Handling emergency related calls aren't for everybody but that is exactly what I did for 7 Yrs. Responsible for being the voice behind the other line, I have become proficient in 911 call mediation for the residents of Williamson County, Texas. I am Medically, Fire And Law Enforcement trained as well as a Certified Telecommunicator and Corrections Officer for the State Of Texas. via TCOLE. My work involves having to provide excellent customer service despite the situations dealt with as well as having to be quick, efficient and savvy with computer handling skills. While in the Jail I was responsible for safety and security of life and property.

BUSINESS OWNER - PALOMINO PET SERVICES

Palomino Pet Services is a family owned business providing Pets and their owners a lovely Experience. Some of expertise's include nail clipping, bathing, administering medication as well boarding. The care and love of animals is highly important to us and we treat them as our own. I am also in charge of the financial part from accounting, inventory purchasing and maintenance of our website. As of 2019 , we are referral and appointment based only.

BUSINESS MANAGER- NOE DURAN CONSTRUCTION

Noe Duran Construction is a  highly successful construction business helping clients renovate, rebuild and expand projects in their own homes. My duties include managing and creating invoices for both the business and customers. I assist in providing an in person experience with the customer, have an over 90% close rate for sales. I am responsible for Billing and Cash handling as well as being the middle person from the client to our Contractor Noe Duran. I've assisted in opening up a website, establish a social media presence and helped create a quote, invoice and billing system for this company.
